by Cheque, Postal Order, Direct Bank Transfer (funds must be cleared before goods are dispatched) or PayPal. Orders which include 'Frozen Fishfood' will be dispatched from here using our specialist courier service late in the evening to arrive at your address still frozen the next day. You will immediately be provided with a 'Track and Trace' Weblink including the consignment number for use via the FedEx UK Website. Delivery days are Tuesday to Thursday to suit your own requirements and don't forget you can mix 'n' match your order to make up a full box of blister packs. All of the inclusive postal charges and details are for the UK mainland ONLY. For deliveries outside of this area please do not hesitate to contact us on sales@tyneteesaquatics.com, or fill in a 'Contact Us' form. Important Note - PLEASE READ When ordering 'Frozen Fishfood' you MUST provide us with a preferred delivery date or day of the week (Tuesday to Thursday only) via e-mail or telephone call. You MUST be present to SIGN for acceptance of the delivery. We cannot, and do not take any responsibility for product loss or quality due to thawing should you not be present on your chosen delivery day/date. All Frozen Fishfood orders are packaged in purpose made insulated boxes to ensure a minimal degree of thawing. Our overnight delivery service will arrive before 5pm on your chosen delivery day/date. There is now also a before 12noon service available at extra cost should you prefer, please contact us for details on sales@tyneteesaquatics.com, or fill in a 'Contact Us' form.

Guarantees and Returns
All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard guarantee. Details of which will be found with your goods where applicable. Warrantees will need to be registered with the manufacturer by you, the customer.

Remittance
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch without exception. Tyne Tees Aquatics reserve the right to decline any sale, at any time, with reason and full refund when paid.
